Taylor Johnson joined CISAC as research assistant to Amy Zegart in September 2014. Taylor graduated summa cum laude from Washington University in St. Louis with a BA in International and Area Studies.  She received her master’s degree in International Affairs from the Elliott School at The George Washington University in May 2015.

Taylor moved to the Bay Area from DC, where she worked as communications assistant at the U.S. Global Leadership Coalition. She has also completed internships at the World Affairs Council of Dallas/Fort Worth and the U.S. Department of State.
