Industrial Affiliates Program
About:
Funds derived from the Industrial Affiliates Program help defray the direct and indirect costs of operating CISAC and develop new projects not yet supported by special grants or contracts. While industrial contributions are not tied to specific activities, every effort is made to develop programs of mutual interest.
CISAC continually pursues new research directions, and with these come new opportunities for industrial affiliates and increased need for their commitments. CISAC industrial affiliates enter into relationships with the Center that often continue for many years; their ongoing sponsorship supports the research infrastructure and other activities of mutual interest. The annual cost of membership is USD $25,000.
Current members: Sandia National Laboratories, Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, and Los Alamos National Laboratory. CISAC adheres to Stanford University Policies Affecting Industrial Affiliates Program Membership.
Membership Benefits:
- Invitation(s) to meetings/workshops/symposia
- Facilitated engagement with faculty
- Invitation to send Visiting Scholar(s) to Stanford (space and programmatic needs permitting)
