Undergraduate Research Opportunities
CISAC senior researchers are often interested in finding students to work on a variety of challenging problems in international security. Depending on the research project, the level of expertise required may vary. In all cases, the student needs to have an ability to take the initiative, to work independently, and be intellectually curious. Compensation is in the form of course credit or stipend, depending on funding. Opportunities may be available in any of CISAC's research areas and can be accessed through Stanford's Handshake:
- Biosecurity and Global Health
- Cyber Policy and Security
- Governance, Organizations and Security
- Nuclear Risk and Cooperation
- Regional Conflict and Global Health
- Terrorism and Homeland Security
